The 944 Turbo's get better than that. Saw a small group of them the other day. Must have been a local 944 club. There was a beautiful all silver later model with a little bit of work done.

We are still awaiting the basket improvements. As it is new tooling it takes time. I know it has frustrated some people as the excitement/interest in this sub woofer is high, but we would rather take the extra time and get it the way we want it the first time. We know that people will want to push the driver to the limits and then some, and we don't want to have any issues with the basket limiting excursion or coming in contact with the moving mass that could cause possible failure.

I was looking at this one PHOENIX GOLD RSD1200.1 . I asked around other people said that the Alpine would probably be better. Should I get that one, or should I look for another RSD? I would be curious as to how? (other then foot print)
