SSA ICON rides page
Mark just got a bunch more added. Check them out. And if you have an Icon installed and want you own rides page, take some shots of your install and include specs of your equipment and Mark can add it.

Please Welcome Fisher Customs and PoundThatSound to SSA
SSA has teamed up with Fisher Customs (USA) and PoundThatSound (Canada). Both are very talented box builders that do steady build logs and do excellent work. They are a great addition to SSA since many members already love their work. Fisher Customs Section on SSA Pound That Sound Section on SSA

Sound Transmission Loss- LL/LLP
Of Vertex Barrier Pad?? I'm sold out and don't intend on offering it any longer. It's cool dudes, Ant and I sell the same product. He sells it by 2' sheets (24" x 54" = 9sqft) and I sell it by 5' sheets (60" x 54" = 22.5 sqft). Therefore, the specs are the same. It's a quality product and you'll get great results. Do you plan to offer another product in the future?

Icons 15"'s off zx2500
Well go easy on them for a bit and see if the smell continues.

Icons 15"'s off zx2500
That smell could very well be some of the excess glue burning off as the subs break in. If they continue to give off a smell then we might need to make sure your box is not too big or maybe even the signal the amp is getting is clean etc.

eclipse titanuim
It is a pretty solid sub. Can take big power and have strong output. If you can grab it for a good price, go for it.

Sound Transmission Loss- LL/LLP
Must be a different Vertex, so no that's not me. Do you have any samples SSA members could try out?

What up!

Finally getting to my lunch.- Sound Transmission Loss- LL/LLP
Dr Durden, are you associated with Vertex for commercial construction at all? My company has a small division that deals with Vertex for floor impact absorption for mulit-rise buildings. There has been good coverage of sound deadening for automotive, but not so much sound absorption materials like Overkill, Ensolite, or Vertex.- New-b here with amp comparison question...
I am biased, but in the end, with non-stop satisfied owners, the 1500D is the winner in my eyes.- Talk about 5k amp List Here

Wow, that is a change of pace.- what would be a good comp setup
What is your budget, goals, size or space limitations, and amplifiers powering the mids and highs? That way we can help you find a better and cheaper end result.- Boston acousticl
I used to like them a great deal, but that was a while back. I try to follow them from time to time, but their web presence is minimal at best. Would not mind adding them to the shop, just to get a chance to try out that hot swapable sub.- Icon 10" box ideas
Yeah thats fine. I have noticed based on forum posts and countless emails, people have the impression (and I am guessing a little, but making a safe assumption) that based upon the rms ratting and the appearance of the driver that is requires 1000 watts minimum. Not the case, we have read very positive reviews from people who have any where from a range of 400 to 1500+ on them. We do not suggest 1500watts by any means, I am just giving an example. When I finish my amplifier rotation in my daily driver, my Icon will probably only be getting between 200 to 300 watts.- Icon 10" box ideas
The pair would run fine off as little as 600 - 700 watts. They don't need rms or more to get going.- Welcome to the IHoP
