For most needs, in that power range, those three are very good. I am also biased towards the Sundown.

They could be used sealed, but they are designed to work the best in ported, hence the direction of the intended box suggestions.

Welcome to SSA. But first, it is near impossible to answer that question straight out due to so many different factors based off the install that can effect the output. So you will never know for sure until you try. The BTL has a ton of potential if done right.

They will start out in dual4 and if we need to add a voice coil option, we will.

WHy outer not inner? I Have had better luck with foam on the inner side of the door from my past work ups Because it is already on the inner side. Just wanted to add more. Thinking about seeing if I can get Vertex cheap through work and lay it down on the floors on top of the 1 layer of Overkill.
