I mention it because the demand the 8" is crazy and we have not even finalized the model yet. If you would be kind enough to do so and post those spec's ( dims ) for those subs, I would appreciate that as well. Sounds good, just waiting on the proto and accumulation of funds to carry out the line. And just in case, the 15" Icon, is the same basket dims as a 15" Q, so the above measurements still stand.

Dr. Steve-o, if you do the summer tires and rims option, maybe think about a thin spoke darker wheel. The huge chunk, ultra chrome way seems to have been done to death with your car. Was just looking on tire rack a little.

And the one I pulled dimensions from is the one in my avatar. So for the Icon 12, the 12" version of the Q can be substituted for basket dimensions as they are the same (other then color).

With all due respect johnecon2001, you are confused. I have never asked for the dimensions for the subwoofers mentioned before, I have however have asked for and received the full dimensions for the FI Audio Q 12 and FI Audio Q 1o and Sound Splinter RL-s 15, correction, I didn't need to ask for the RL-s 15 dimensions because their posted on Sound Splinters Website. Phil, the Q 10's basket dimensions can be used for the Icon 10's basket dimensions as they only differ in color.

There are a few internal differences I believe. The way they used to be I think was upgraded chassis, more signal voltage out, and a few more sound setting features, with a slightly stronger internal amplifier. But I have not dissected the new models yet.

As for measurements: Like John said it is a standard 12 spoke 10" & 12" basket, so approx. non-uniform measurements from a 10" model I have here: C: 6" D: 6.5" E: 3.5" F: 3.5" H: .5" I: 2.5" J: .5" All the rest are stanard 12 spoke 10" basket.

The plastic is split at the bottom. I have seen at least 4 other cars with nearly the exact same break/tear in that location along with the rubber strip dangling down.

Hit up Towson Town Festival yesterday. It was Arthur's 3rd one already. Due to that, no work got done on finishing up the civic. The tranny is going to die before I get the minimal install done.

I will let you know about them shortly Is that so? My issue is dealing with serious space limitations in the civic for daily scooting, and the Sundowns/ZED's and my old Orions are just to big, and so the old RF's were going to come out of retirement. Hence the reason I was bugging you about a small old RF, but if I could find decent power in the footprint of a 125a2 or 100a2 until the new ZED's come out, that would be sweet. I ordered the 4 channel Tuesday, so I should get it next week. That means what ever it is taking the place of has to push something out of the hallowed closet.

Unless it is old ZED built.

I have searched around a little, but I wanted to ask here in case anyone knows (Sean )of a better location other then a local junker. Someone pushed in the nose on the drivers side of Amanda's car, and it cracked the lower portion and drivers side fog lens, along with snapping the connectors into the fender well. Now the rubber scuff piece on the passenger side is scrapping the road from time to time. Since she drives this car everyday, I would rather fix this before I do brakes on the sled.

If going PC, any Toshiba's with out Vista? They have been the best, PC, laptop I have used. The little Avartech at home is doing ok.
