Its a shit load of power to try to be running off a stock alt and battery. I'd suggest at least 1 good battery added to the back (if @ 2 ohms). IMO if your spending that much $ on an amp and sub, plan no spend a few hundred getting your car ready to power that bad boy. It takes power to make power. If your planning on running it at 1 ohm, I'd suggest a bigger alt.

I love my Demon in ear buds. I think for $200 it was hard to beat, I also got some memory foam tips which feel really comfortable.

You want a set of passive crossovers or are you going active? If going active, what do you have processing wise? What kind of sound (airy, in your face, bass heavy, lyric based, maybe your planning on using it for polka... idk) are you looking for? You have sub(s) for this set up? If so, tell us what you have for power, surface area, and box design for them. We need some info before anyone can help. Plus the questions jay-cee asked ^^^

I agree, he was just showing people in this hobby what he is working on, he wasnt asking for recommendations or for someone's approval. Personally I like to see what my response looks like, but I'm not going for numbers and I dont have a SPL meter so I rely on software and eq Good luck with your build and in the next coming season!
