Just a shot in the dark, why make your own rca's? For a custom fit and it supposed to be cheaper and better than buying rcas Bigjon are use saying i could jus use speaker wire?? Cool. I might look into that myself, thanks!
Bump! Any ideas or thoughts ? Do some testing to find out what is best for your vehicle. Unless they have tested the same equipment in the same vehicle they don't have a valid opinion. x2

I had a very hard time making any sense of your post . You confuse me. I hope you are joking. you DO NOT tune based on xmax. You also DO NOT tune based on brand. Higher tuning reccomendations mean nothing about the quality of a subwoofer. ie: Audioque subs. You should try to be more coherent when you post.

No such thing as underpowering, that would be fine.
Some people get all sensitive about the terms "LSQ"; ""SQL"" and such. Try to be more creative with your descriptions . But the SSA woofers are all excellent, they all sound superb, while having the ability to dig down deep, and get real loud. You can't really go wrong with SSA. Since you are asking what combo you should get, i would say, two 10's. Small, but mighty. Happy bumping!

Maybe. Depends, if you're listening. Lol. It is 99.99999999999999% Install dependent. But for arguments sake, in most cases, there would be at least a little difference.
