  1. well, i personally think we could use a bit more music at school. but thats just me.
  2. idk, just thought it would fit better. now that i think about it, i could probably make a slot port through the center, and make it sound a bit better.
  3. Yessir, new bag. I have a PowerWheels battery, which is of course, 12v. I believe it says 10 amps.I would be pushin' isobaric tang band 6's. thats why i am leaning towards the 100.2. I would parallel the two woofers, then series the tweets. here they are, my high excursion babies: http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cf...tnumber=264-832 and you all are familiar with this thing: http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/zencart...p;products_id=4 Now. give me some feedback on this idea. not that it would be played publicly cuz I would get like, jumped, but czech thiz out. one of these, in a small sealed tube: http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cf...tnumber=293-262 and one of these powering it (i already have it =P) http://2007.bluehost.fresh.co.il/02/12/92702260.jpg

how many Amps (electrically speaking) do i need to play a sax100.4 at a decent level? and how about at 100.2? thanks.
  5. Jim, what would be the approximate estimation of the outer dimensions of a t-line for an icon 15?
  6. What? lol just sayin, yeah i definetly would enjoy soundboard or sumthin like that. though it would be hard not to screw with the the bass knob lol
  7. They put the meter on a stand that is 6' from the vehicle and 4.5' off the ground and it takes a 30 second average. Thanks for the suggestion but i know airforces peaks at 41hz. It would be a great song if I peaked in that range. sorry
  8. I like that idea, in fact i was looking towards tech crew in school plays. Plus, idk if i heard correctly or not, but they are thinking of having a DJ at lunch more often.
  9. Nothin' impressive for me, busted the track on my zipper (the backpack) but thats it. My brothers poor Explorer Sport, oh god.... passenger door panel fell off, windows just lower them selves, shakes the mechanism so bad, back hatch keeps flipping open while driving, center roof console fell off (so funny, scared the hell out of me), mirror is coming off the passenger side door, and the one is coming off the windshield. And perhaps the strangest thing to me, my brother's subs wang so bad, they broke the ports (glued and then nailed on, later re-attached by way of screws). He only has a single RF amp. 1000wrms running to two L7 15's. I don't know how, I don't know why, but his stuff ALWAYS wangs way harder than it should. By example, he had three Memphis twelves, 800w each. He had that running off of a hifonics brutus 1000w amp. That made the back hatch leak. He cut two more holes into the box, (which was a half-hex box) and put two crossfire subs, 800w each, facing down into it. He ran it off of the same amp. That hit so hard, while parked in front of the garage, it shook the attic door in its place ( ~6ft above top of car). Just my little tidbit, as that same box, with the three twelves, started my love of bass. Whoa i typed alot, i need a nap...
  10. thats really interesting, how do they meter for those with/without dampening? would tat really effect the outside sound? i am not sure of my note either, but try Airforces by Young Jeezy on the album Thug Motivation 101. it is 30 seconds, but the note, it isnt 100% continuous. like, millisecond breaks. hard to explain, just listen to it lol
  11. M5, you are harsh but true
  12. point taken...
  13. People, did i not say i didntplay it during school? just before and after when there were no classes...
  14. An update on my school situation, my backpack has been banned. it will be confiscated and possibly destroyed if it is seen in the building again.
  15. The old prototype performs very well off as little as 120 watts. i can finally replace that stiff-as-a-rock samsung woofer we have! it it deeper than 7 inches? my only limiting spec for the box we have. other wise, i will make a nice low ported black cube, just lookin for a reason
  16. jeez, sounds like people over there are outright brutal!
  17. Hell nah!! This some bullstuff!!
  18. Would one of these baby's sound good off of 150rms? probably not.....but if so, i gotta get me one for my HT in the family room.
  19. I guess thats true... Sorry for the waste of time SSA people. didnt realize all the stuff, tools, money ect that goes into a new line.
  20. well i think im pretty set on the BTL's now....but about the box design...what exactly is the horn loaded design? ALMOST like a compression woofer, you know like the tweeters with horn lenses, just for bass lol
  21. i would love that , i sent in an application to culvers last week, waiting for them to call. hopefully i will have a steady supply of cash money and i can buy one of these: just playin, a while away from that. but hey, i am always open to fresh ideas!
