Power handling won't dictate sensitivity. In some cases like with pro audio drivers, because they are very efficient they will have a lower power handling, but because they are very efficient they don't need as much power. The BL would be more loud than the SSD because it more efficient, not because it has higher power handling.

OP: Remember it takes power to make power, when the vehicle is running the majority of the power comes from the alternator, when it is off the alternator is not making power so it comes from the battery.

Well said, even though there are some people that believe a few drivers that have massive price tags can do it all. They will always keep thinking that and be proven wrong

Definitely look at that LOC, with that much power behind it the woofer should be moving a lot more.
The whole Excursion has a few mm excursion
How large? With a larger enclosure efficiency increases, so you will need less power. Mechanical power handling decreases as well.
