To some here they do, I prefer a strong low end so I don't run AQ or DD.

I use bolts and T-nuts to secure large woofers. RCA's don't pick up interference as well.

Port area doesn't change for daily driving or SPL, port function remains the same.

Being an L port vs. a center slot port won't make a difference, just another configuration.

The port area per cube rule of thumb is rarely correct when dealing with high excursion drivers. Build the port to accommodate the woofer, not the enclosure the woofer is in.

10 cubes is a bit big, but they should be okay. I'd have more port area though. Use this.

Yes, the 12 v wire connected to the amplifier.

It might be blown at the "fuzzy" part then. Remove the Battery+ from the amplifier and remove the fuse in question.

Describe "fuzzy looking" a bit more. Remove power from the amplifier and just pull the fuse out. It's not noon either

You also have twice the cone area a normal vehicle would.

Speakers mounted in IB are not going to have ANY midbass when they are 6.5" cones, they aren't for midbass in the first place. Seal them and they will have a much more pronounced midbass.

It needing a break in before full power is applied is a myth. All woofers go through a break in period where the spider loosens up.
