Sundown rates their amplifiers at 12.8 volts, not 14.4 volts like Rockford.

It has better cooling, a pole vent isn't helpful the majority of the time, but with the clots in the motor the coil is cooled down better. They made it similar to the Warden motor because it has great cooling.

2854....at ohm.......the amps varied from 2300-2900... Again, that does not mean much in the real world.

I use Faber-Castell and Micron brand pens at work for stencils. Rollerball or fountain? I use the fountain. Both brands use india ink, which is what kind of ink my hectogragh machine needs to work. These pens are loved by many of artists. Hehehehe penophile

90% of the time that is not the case. Normally the one and only thing that changes is cone area, motor, coil, softparts, they are all the same so power handling is not effected.

BL and a ported enclosure would have been your best bet, but the Q is still a great woofer just won't get as loud.
Three 10's have slightly more cone area, more motor force, and more coil for heat dissipation. But will not have a normal impedance load on your amplifier, make sure of that.
