  1. That's dependent on the amplifier.
  2. Apollo Burger? I've never been there...I want a burger now
  3. Right You pick your impedance depending on what you plan to use for amplification.
  4. Who said you need to do that? Build your wall, seal the port, then test and you have your resonant frequency with the wall in place, then cut your port to the required length.
  5. ? Never underestimate the power of a Pup.
  6. So let's say I have a D1 ohm sub wired to 2 ohms on an amplifier that delivers 1000 watts at 2 ohms, then I switch it out for a D2 ohm sub and wire it to 1 ohm and put it on an amp that does 1000 watts at 1 ohm, do you think there would be any difference?
  7. Never mind reading > me
  8. Can I see a link to your build?

m5! Impious is not ///M5 Flat response in what? We need goals, a minimum power rating doesn't mean anything. Your not looking for a flat response your looking for something that sounds good, and get's loud. Your not after SQ. Guaranteed.
  11. Nice, I'm always looking for ideas to do in my Stratus.

  19. Layers has a lot to do with it as well, but a normal 4" coil has MUCH more surface area than a normal 3" coil.
  20. They aren't tacky, and perform very well if you build it right. Never buy a prefab like that though, you can make a better enclosure yourself.
  21. The HCCA has a 4" coil, in the same application it can take quite a bit more power
