  1. Output. More cone area will move more air, more heat dissipation, more power handling. With your space 2 12's or 2 15's would really shine.
  2. Yeah your right actually. The BL was designed to bridge the gap between the sound quality oriented Q and the SPL monster BTL. I can tell you right now you wouldn't be happy with the Q, it isn't made for what you want. Which is output with accuracy. As for woofer size, that's the only thing that changes. You pick a woofer size that meets your space requirements, or what your budget let's you do lol
  3. I recommend BL's
  4. A passive front stage, like a component set with a 6.5" mid with a crossover and a tweeter. The SAX125.2 is the amp I'd recommend, a Sundown Audio SAX 125.2. Which you could snag for $200.
  5. I know it was me you were talking too lol. A simple passive front stage on a SAX125.2 would be plenty for you I think, it keeps up with my 2 12's on 3000 watts
  6. I did. That song would be amazing on a solid front stage. Have you upgraded it?
  7. Okay that's a very good budget actually. How much space do you have? What vehicle?
  8. What is your budget?
  9. Describe what you really want. Don't use terms like "SPL" and "SQ" as you do not know the definitions. It sounds like your after low-end extension. Is that right?
  10. Rob, we both know he isn't a Q buyer.
  11. Rob is correct that even 21" woofers are just as "punchy" as 8" woofers. You will not notice a difference whatsoever. I run Sundown Nightshades, they are be no means SQ woofers; they sound AMAZING to me, for daily listening that is.
  12. No, no, no, I have two group 31 batteries. That's the size.
  13. You know this? Why don't you cut yourself open and take a look at the tar that has deposited in your alveoli so they can't expand with oxygen resulting in hypoperfusion and poor cellular respiration, then you will see what smoking does to you.
  14. give me a car and a truck of concrete. one 18 and 20kw and that will be nasty for way less than 14 18s Okay Alan Dante
  15. No capacitor. At all. You can also do the install yourself! We would be glad to help you Unless you dive around at full volume and a really big amp you will be fine. I have 3,500 watts on a 90 amp alternator and 2 group 31 batteries and I do just fine
  16. What amp do you have on them again? Have you gotten a chance to get metered yet? SAZ-3000D. No I haven't metered them yet.
  17. .. you have no idea what your talking about. w7 is all about sq. lmao. You sir do not know what your talking about.
  18. My 12's in 4 cubes are fantastic! Tuned to 35 hz. with 62 sq. in. of port.
  19. ^Also a good choice. I personally love CVX's.
  20. I'm skeptical. Do you mean $4.25/foot?
  21. My two Deka's do nicely with my 100.4 and 3000D, just like my stock 90 amp alternator. I never get below 13.7 volts at the amp at full tilt.
  22. 15's, more cone area, heat dissipation, motor force, and power handling.
  23. 2 10's. More power handling, motor force, and cone area
