Best Head-Unit for expensive sub-stage and bass alone (NOT mids/highs)
DedicatedEnthusiast replied to DedicatedEnthusiast's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / ElectricalLithium I just mean that the higher frequencies I have set to be tuned out are still so present that they cause annoying rattling in my rear deck area. Thank you VERY MUCH for your input impious and back to lithium only crescendo would know I don't remember the details of what I was told besides that I could purchase the clarion mcd to further reduce undesired upper frequencies. Also I do remember the slope impious had mentioned being explained.

DedicatedEnthusiast replied to DedicatedEnthusiast's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / ElectricalThats what I originally thought lithium but impious are you saying this can be expected? Again its not like the higher frequencies are full blast or anything but definately annoyingly noticeable to a degree when it causes rattling and such

Best Head-Unit for expensive sub-stage and bass alone (NOT mids/highs)
DedicatedEnthusiast replied to DedicatedEnthusiast's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / ElectricalThanks guys! I was mainly wondering if output could be gained but im glad to know that what I have now is just fine and impious I have the clarion crossover to further cancel out undesired higher frequencies in the bass response which crescendo told me is completely normal to exist to a certain degree reguardless of filter settings on the amp

Best Head-Unit for expensive sub-stage and bass alone (NOT mids/highs)
Looking to upgrade my entry-level pioneer DEH-14UB Head Unit IF it will make a worthwhile difference in output or sound level mainly on my sub-stage going with a 4-6v pre-out upper-class pioneer, kenwood or alpine deck. Tell me what do you guys think? I already have the entry-level pioneer wired to a clarion MCD-360 crossover with 5v max output voltage so am I really going to notice a difference in the bass production from the subs or no?? All comments and opinions are appreciated thanks:)

There is some very minimal surface rust on the bottom end and sides of the magnets/motors i would like to make visible before i ship these towards anyone's door. It does not interfere with the mechanical operation of the subs whatsoever and is not present anywhere else on the speaker besides where pictured here. Also these were not ever directly exposed to water my trunk simply tends to collect moisture from time to time during winter months and heavy rain but has never flooded or collected pools of water. Just being completely fair honest and straight up here so there are no sort of disappointments or surprises upon arrival. The rust could probably be removed by being soaked in vinegar or scrubbed with water and baking soda if someone so wished to do (if not painted over or dropped in a box and never even seen). Would have uploaded these sooner but I sort of freaked out when I realized I had damaged the living room table taking the previous pics (if u look closely at the original images u can see where the magnets literally engraved into the table).

That 325 would include insurance to the buyers door btw (whatever fed ex or UPS covers) in the event of loss or damage along the way

Sorry Dictator been busy with work as of lately but I would not ever accept anything less than 325 shipped and cloud 77 unfortunately I already have new subs on the way

Thanks Sencheezy for mentioning what a great deal. They are dual 1 ohm coils and I live in Parma Ohio. Not interested in any trades as I pretty much have all of my new equipment already but would definitely be less outside of shipping cost (even though I believe its still a great deal included).

Ok so new speakers are on their way soon so I am willing to let these go for $350 shipped in original packaging from Fi. They are dual 12'' SSD's with cooling just as the image says and are just over six months old. Again feel free to PM me with any additional questions or concerns.

Dual 12'' Fi SSD's with standard copper coils and cooling
Got two 12'' Fi SSD's for sale that are literally less than six months old. They sound absolutely amazing in fact my ears were ringing after having listened to them for ten to fifteen minutes straight or so just the other day. They come with stock copper coils (meant for daily musical play) and cooling option for an additional 2-500 watts or so of increased power handling (giving each speaker an average of 1200-1500 watts RMS power handling for a total combined amount of 2400-3000 watts power handling) depending upon the install. The price for the pair is $450 shipped to your door in all of Fi's original packaging. Shipping alone runs right around $80 for the pair even if new from Fi so the price per speaker outside of shipping cost is actually about $185. These things look and sound practically brand new. The ONLY reason I am selling them is because i ended up getting a much larger than anticipated alternator installed and would like to take advantage of its abilities with larger more powerful speakers soon. It may be sort of hard to see my SSA username at the top of my sales sheet in the pictures below due to the lighting when they were taken but if you tilt your computer screen back and away from you I find that it is much easier to see that way. Please feel free to PM me with any additional questions or concerns:)
