  4. Me, as well as everyone else that sees this thread knows this amp's gonna put out more than just 500 more watts than the 2000D
  5. Also if budget is not an issue, search through here and find somthing you like In-Dash CD Receivers with MP3 / WMA Playback | Car Stereo Receivers and Head Units | Car Audio | Car Audio, Video, & GPS Navigation at Sonic Electronix
  6. Sonicelectronix.com is where i got mine from. low prices and most of them if not all come with the wiring harness and dash install kit to fit to your car. Great place to deal with! This would be a good but cheap choice: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_16566_Pioneer+Premier+DEH-P310UB.html
  7. Id definitely get a aftermarket HU in the future sometime. As for the req 5, Try turning the gain down on it. And idk what the bass enhance switch does, but i'm guessing it's like a bass boost. So turn it off for now.(if you have it on)
  8. Good did you do it how i explained in my previous post? If so, how's it soundin now?
  9. This picture is not hard to understand. Run a piece of speaker wire from one of the negative terminals on the speaker, to the other negative terminal on the speaker, then get another peice of speaker wire and run it from either one of the negative terminals on the speaker to a negative on the amp(doesnt matter which negative terminal on the amp you put it in since it's internally bridged) Then do the same for the positive, run a piece of speaker wire from one positive terminal on the speaker to the other positive terminal, then get another piece of speaker wire and run it from a positive terminal on the speaker(doesnt matter which positive you hook it to on the speaker) to a positive on the amp. In the end you should end up having only one positive hooking up to the amp and one negative.

  13. This thread is STILL going?? lol
  14. “From our perspective, our business is focused on core car audio,” said Rockford’s President Bill Jackson. “We are focused on the amplifier, speaker, subwoofer side of the business, and that is a slightly different model than what Best Buy is really good at and is focusing on right now. Their strategy is connectivity, and it’s about iPod integration, safety, portable navigation and those types of products and that really doesn’t correlate to core car audio — that’s where our focus is.” You could be right though.. idk
  15. Im pretty sure it was rockford who dropped bestbuy
