Hard to give you an answer since everybody perceives sound differently. Try it sealed off and see what sounds best to your ears.

They haven't reappeared. This is just a score that is better then the previous because of changes, they haven't found the missing db's I know.

Why not look at what Kicker and JBL have to offer and run them? You get great pricing and then you can show off some of your skills to Best Buy and potential customers!

You can see the crossover settings of it and no, it won't be able to. Hell, I don't even think the SAX-50.4 can go active. Yes the SAX-50.4 can go active as it has the same crossover network as the 100.4 just less power!

Very nice! I can see these being hot sellers! Are you tooling a new heatsink to resemble the other Sundown lines (SAX/SAZ)? The current prototype heatsinks look good!
Also check your enclosure to make sure all panels are secured and did not come loose.
