The SAX-100.4 is a very flexible amplifier. Great crossover options, variable subsonic filter and the rated 100 watts per channel is a conservative rating. You could run this amp on front passive comps and run a 4 ohm mono sub bridged. There are a lot options available on the Sundown.

That is the stuff I bought but want to get something different. Is that duraliner something I can apply myself? If not is it not the same thing as herculiner? Herculiner works great! Goes on with a roller and turns out great! Just remember to use rubber/latex gloves as Herculiner does not come off with anything but time!

Wut? Im talkin about the comment that Tirefryr said about my amp being shit. Yes, I now know that those type R's wouldn't work. I just want to know why he said that. Owner of RD has had a bad reputation in the past when it came to customer service! Not sure about now, so cannot really say. I just read about it on another forum.

I would only run an amp at .5 for SPL purposes. Daily? To hard on the amp plus the current draw will be heavy on the electrical.

Biggest difference will be the output power and with the Sundwon you will get a variable subsonic filter. Imo = In my opinion FTW = For the win

Imo I think you get more from the Sundown. Plus it is on sale. If your serious about getting a new amp, now is the time to jump on this deal. Here is some testing results ... Sundown FTW!
