If your running at .5 ohm make sure you have the eletrical to back it! Are you looking strictly for (SPL) numbers? Try a smaller box as shizzzon recommended and play with tuning and placement in your vehicle. Find your resonant frequency of your vehicle and tune somewhere around that frequency. Sound dampening will also help.

The powder coating looks great on the basket! A full plexiglass box is needed to show the beauty of these drivers from front to back!

Are you running your SAZ-1500D at .5 ohm or 2 ohm?

Be careful with your gains and you should be ok. Besides you would be running it either 2 ohm mono or 8 ohm with dual 4 coils.

Personally I consider 140db+ as being loud. 150db+ is overkill for daily imo. As far as your second question.... Nobody can answer that. All install, electrical, amplifeir,box dependant!

Where do you get Trupan at? Is it available at a local lumberyard, Lowes, Home Depot or Menards?
