  1. 17-22 square inches of port should be more than enough. I would tune way lower than the 40-45hz you stated. I have a DCON 10" Ported and tuned to 33hz and it sounds amazing with all types of music.
  2. Looks like you will need some ca glue or epoxy to re-attach the caps. I would say that they did not get enough glue on them at the factory.
  3. Really ? That is pretty silly to say. LOL. I don't see the argument of having a good protect circuits is a bad thing, even in the lanes. Just because it goes into protect with you, doesn't mean its totally useless to everybody else. Don't change what I'm implying or saying... I do not own sundown monoblock amps, I was speaking on behalf of many users that own them that have all had the issue. I was not involved with any of the installs so do not think I have anything to do with it. Then why bring it up?
  4. Looks like they do rated and then some! They will be a great seller! That is some serious impedance rise on the testing.
  5. WOW! U killed the last one!

Yea I figured the Home Improvement stuff would be to thin and crappy. 24" od diameter is huge tube for Menards.
  7. Is there a carpet piece you could take out and trace to make your template?
  8. Duran: Is your vehicle posted anywhere? Never seen it before, just curious, with you having a n3 and all, would like to see what you decided to do with it, and with whatever else you may have. That is of course if you don't mind. It's secret for now, it'll be posted in time Don't let Duran kid you! He's on Team WALMART and runs DUAL equipment! J/K Looking forward to your build!

Menards should have what you need. Or other home improvement store (Lowes, Home Depot).
  10. Doesn't meter well? Must be the meter your using J/K, J/K Box turned out great nonetheless. If the customer is happy then that is all that matters in the end.
  11. If they were bought brand new they should be under warranty. But burnt leads and coils are not covered. What size enclosure were they in? What kind of power? Email Jacob at [email protected]
  12. Sounds like a HU issue not the amp!
  13. Sweet! Not much bigger at all! I love the clamp downs vs. clips as it looks to be more reliable.
  14. I assume you ran RCA jacks from the output of the radio to the inputs on the amplifier?
  15. I sorries Gen!
  16. Holy crap that looks insane! Love the top plate and the nice smooth finish. 3" or 4" coil?
  17. Check with Andrew at Argent Audio or Quentin at Audible Customs. They have sections under fabricators.
  18. This pic makes me stay motivated
  19. Is your setup sub up or sub forward? I might have to PM you later on if I have any questions if you don't mind; we basically have the exact same amount of space to work with. Sub forward, ports side firing, 2 4" ports per side. Box dimensions were overall 22" high x 49' wide x 18" deep. Double baffle and closet rod dowel bracing. PM me with any questions you may have. I can send you some pics of my box as well if you want.
  20. .6-.75^3ft tuned somewhere around 32-35 hz should yield what you are looking for. 1^3ft would yield a more efficient box but power handling will drop.
  21. SA-15 is a great sub for your goals! IA Lethal Injection is another great option! Fi SSD would be another.
  22. Parts Express has Aeros on sale right now for cheap!
  23. I believe they are behind schedule due to waiting on USA Made Steel!
