The new SSD may be an option you want to look at. A very good economic "daily" driver that can get loud while staying very musical.

Basically the graph shows you the Sundown SA-12 is louder and smoother with the same box size and tuning frequency. The Sundown SA-12 in a 2.5 ft^3 box will handle less power as the box is larger than recommended. Never used that program but you can compare it to WinISD and see how the graphs compare.

It's a Maxxsonics product so it is hard to say. I know the MM series was very stout about 2-3 model years ago.

Nightshade is a great daily driver that has a lot of output capability. Might be hard to get a new driver built as the motors are still being built The IA is a brutal output daily driver with great sq. I have owned the Lethal Injection series and currently run the Death Row series. Just plain impressive imo. Xcon as Denim mentioned is a SQ driver first but has great output and can handle alot of power for a SQ designed sub woofer. I have a 10" DCON and that is quite an impressive little sub woofer. Fi/AA is another great option to look into as they have quite a range of drivers that can meet or excede your expectations. Not a DC fan but that doesn't matter here. All comes down to budget.
