Yea they are legit. I have ordered numerous times from them. They have the lowest prices on the net on most of their items.

If you want cheap then you can go with a refurb Sundown 1500. Thats what I did and it comes with a 1 year warranty. They are 350.

I would personally get the Pioneer over the Eclipse. The graphics on the Pioneer will look much better and there are lots of options you can choose from for the subs and sound. The only reason I would choose the Eclipse is because its 7" screen. Thats why it costs more as well.

Get the BLs! Even though they arent the "SQ" sub, they still sound really good when they hit. & the new 09 BLs were suppose to be back up last night I had saw.

I would pick the Q over the Type-R. Yea the R can get loud but the Q will probably get just as loud and sound better doing it. It gets low but it doesnt do to well on the higher stuff unlike the Q. In the right setup the Q can get louder than the R. But yea like others were saying you will probably want the BL. I was the exact same way as you, comparing the R and the Q and i decided to get the BL. Loud and still sounds good doing it. Def worth the money!! Get the BL!

X2 If you have room for 2 BTLs then you will probably have room for the 18s as well depending on the vehicle. Get two 18 BTLs and two 3000ds and go literally shake the ground and your car to pieces. I also would want to see what that looks/sound like. But to answer your question I would personally choose the 2 18 BLs because its a lot less money and personally I wouldnt pay $1000-$1500 more on subs, amps, bigger box, and electrical on that much of an audible improvement. I would think it wouldnt sound too much louder but I could be wrong

The sub is rated at 1000 watts so why not have two & be louder

I like to see what others who are more experienced and have heard a wide arrange of subs have to say about different setups and see what their opinions are towards subs. Yes I know its all about the install and everyone's ears are different. Loud and good sq to one might not ve the same as another but its just nice to see what others have to say. But I do see where you are coming from. I just posted a poll question and saw this thread after i posted it.

Personally I would say its better to be safe then to be sorry. I would just get the 2 12s but other might say differently. You also have to get another box as well and its a hassle to do all that measuring and deciding which box to get.

I dont want to have to buy a new alternator though. My car cant take the 1500 with no problem but its the 2000 i would be worried about getting.
