How many amps is your stock alt? Mines 105 and im running over 3000 on just a batcap 2000 and it never dips below 12 volts even at idle.

Sounds like your just a retard to me. You can buy all this stuff but you can't buy an o-scope and set your gains? You tried to play a spl15 on 4k and expected it to not blow? Theres even vids on youtube showing how to use an o-scope to set gains.

Why not get the new package, with 2 dcons (10s or 12s) and a sundown 125.2 (400@4). You can put 2 dcons in as little as 2 cubes.

i wont to use the box i have and just do a port swap i did the port where i can take it out allredy so i just need to do a new port - i was thinking of going with 150sqin of port tuned to 40hz i no the explorer likes the 40/44hz range Well if you made the box where you can switch the port out and you know how much port you want and what to tune it to why did you ask us?

You will have to build a new box with a big port tuned high for spl with an insert piece to tune it back down to daily.
