Well this product looks very promising and you can count on me getting one when its available saying the price is reasonable.

For 700-800 you have the option to go with X-cons as well as a few others.

rear fill seems useless to me i cant tell mine are there. Honestly with the amount of bass in the back seat i dont think any passengers could here them anyway. Im with M5 a properly setup front stage is all you should need and i strongly believe that.

better to save the extra money an go with BL's

Id go sundown. Ive owned plenty of RF amps and never had one let me down but the saz1500d is one of the best amps on the market today. Its seriously a step far above the RF and it makes way more power than rated.

the 1200d makes a ton of power but is less efficient than the saz1000. On average the 1200d makes close to 1500 and the 1000d makes 1200. If it was me id personally go with the 1000d. If you wait i have seen the newer version 1200d and itll be worth the wait.

Looks pretty good man! probably not the smartest thing to be driving down the road and trying to take that video by yourself though.

Sounds good Jake! Improvement on already good products is always better than pushing new shit out. Quality is always better than quantity. (yeah yeah i know some will say different in some cases but not this one)

Man if i had the money id love to pick one up for everyday driving when the x-cons are out or when i gotta haul stuff.

I can not tell you how impressed i am with x-cons. Ive owned many drivers all have had there pros and cons. I can really find none when its comes to the x-con. It really is a masterpiece. If your looking for the best of both worlds then id go as far as to say look no further. Its sq is simply amazing and the output will blow your mind. I need to get a new video to show you guys the amount of output the are capable of and i wish i could let you hear in person how good they sound doing it.

I have owned 3 different sundown amps so far and i have been nothing but impressed. Ive talked to Jake in person on many occasions and even had him take a look at the amp and set it up for me when i was have some issues. Nothing but the best customer service and top quality products. All amps produce far more than rated and even do it it voltages that would surprise you. My 1200d, 1500d, and my 3000d have put down 200rms+ more than rated at 12.8-13v. This was real world testing as well not on a bench with mass amounts of batters. Last time i clamped my 3000d it did 2890 at 1.8ohm with the meter reading 12v. Find an amp that does almost rated power at almost twice the independence its rated to do it at. Also did a 1500d with just a red top. i got 1300w at 1.9ohm and supply was 11.3v. If that doesn't speak for the amps i dont know what does. As for the sound quality aspect you wont notice a thing unless you have an extremely trained ear and even then i doubt you can clearly tell. Everyone that's had a chance to sit in my car has said how amazing it sounds even had numerous competitors compliment on it. When it comes down to it you get what you pay for and in sundowns case you actually get more than you pay for.

I highly doubt there will be anything bigger. Last time i was at jakes i talked to him about it. From the sounds of it, it will be more of improving on previous products.

A kerf port can make a big impact if used properly but the math involved can be slightly complex for the average person. Id recommend talking to fisher customs or pound that sound they will be able to shed far more light than im able too. oh on a side note kerf porting does an excellent job reducing port noise. not to mention they look cool.

yeah id love to build a huge box with alot of port area and say 43hz since that's what my car has been peaking at. Though i know that could change when the box is ported higher.

I did not try it yet its been so crazy lately. One day i hope but id assume they will be more precise at the higher tuning or sound that way at least. Im sure low end loss will be minimal and at 30hz my roll off was like 18hz... seriously i cant hear but the box plays it very well. Id assume with the higher tuning it will bring the roll off up to say 25ish which is more than low enough for me. we shall see but i would go as far to say 34-35hz may be more sq friendly than 30hz.

I was just joking more than anything. Do they make a solid product? yes i believe they do but is it my first choice? No. I am not bias at all ive owned all different brands and they all have there pros and cons. What made me choose the x-cons was the sq and spl combination. Are the x-cons the best at one or another? no but simply put they do both with flying colors and more so the spl aspect. Enough of me talking about x-cons... To give you an honest opinion im sure you will be plenty happy with AQ but dont expect good SQ out of them. I have herd plenty of there drivers and i was never slightly impressed with the SQ. Are they pretty damn loud for the money your damn right they are and thats what they are intended for. I honestly believe if your intent is on spl go with a AA havoc or a FI Bl both sound better and are equal to, if not better in the spl aspect. Thats my opinion on the subject just take if for what its worth and im glad if this brings you any kind of help. ps... x-cons ftw
