You don't even know what problems you have yet. Go and uncover that wire and tell us what you see. And 1500w wire.. means nothing. What gauge where you using and what fusing? Also, what amp?

Let me caution you on replacing components internally on an amp unless you know for a fact, that they are the same parts. If you have no prior soldering experience or circuit fixing experience.. I would pay someone else to fix your amp. or, since it's an audiobahn....... I'd just buy a new amp.

If it is the alarm, something is indeed wrong with it. I would still check to see if anything else is staying on though.

I'm going to go with bad battery. How old is your stock one? Have you gotten it tested?

Before you take it up there.. Are you sure it's not your stereo staying on? Perhaps disconnect all that first and then arm it again. See what happens. An alarm draws very little power when on, so I doubt it'll be the one draining your battery.
