these three ways sound great would not like to change the sound, only appearance of it.

wont notice distortion by ear anyways but the amps are underated so the 1500d puts outs the rms that the xcon needs, like u said it's raw power. they are good because a 1500 watt amp that feed out 1700 watts depending on current draw is good, when other companies would take the same amp and slap a 3000 watt sticker on it then give a 14.4 volt rating instead of 12v.

i dont like the chrome A. seems little but that will be the only chrome piece in the car and i dont want it to stand out. guess i could paint it black or take off.

sorry the tweeter in the alphasonik pct 6551 that i have, i dont like the way i have to mount in my doors. so i havent put it in yet. i would like to change to another tweeter. would it matter what tweeter i use?

no, not when you can get other amps just as good for a better price, sundown is only one example of many companies to choose from.

remember type r's are only 500 watts rms on an saz 1500.

thats cool they let you use that much product, did you guys store use that stuff. must be cool to have that much time to work on that. were so busy in cali everybody wants to bang, that we dont have time for a job like that. we actually finished a convertible bmw 645 with the same equipment in a custom enclosure.

what store do you work at? im an installer from store 102. seen that bug before. pretty cool when finished. we were gonna do an install like that in our home theature vehicle, but were on other projects right now.

why not get a sundown z-15 for 2 bills? that what i would do in my opinion, it would go good with 1200 watts.

hard not to like your equipment, but i hope the baskets dont get to commercial, even though i never seen these baskets before look like it could go on a alpine or pioneer. always loved the claw basket, the 8 spoke, audiopulse baskets ect.

Do you feel that the Q will play the lower end better than a lvl 4 in a 7 cu.ft enclosure tuned to 28-30Hz (Three 4" ports 13"-15.8" long will be used )? the Q arent really a good choice if you want a ported enclosure, stick with the BL. i would go with sundown product personally but for 1000 dollars i would go with saz 50x4, saz 2000, and 2 z15" for about 1215, or AQ2200, AQ4x90, and 2 hd3c 15" coppper, it comes out to about 1096. you could also do fi or ssa subs, but at the price of the z15 why would you pass up.
