  1. That box is not bigger then recommended for the Icon 12". Op what is your budget on a subwoofer and what are your goals with this setup? This should help us give you better answers
  2. Good luck with future endeavors
  3. Who gives a fuck its a sticker, fine something in life thats actually worth complaining about
  4. They have the manuals that contain info about these amps that should help you distinguish version 1 from version 2. Go to zedaudiocorp.com and find there archive manuls/discontinued manuals.
  5. I might have to make a trip to Waco to hear this setup once it is installed.
  6. I honestly would love to experience how those doors sound, that looks badass
  7. Try it and find out, thats really the best advice since its not rated to go that low. It may work for a year, months, days, minutes, seconds or not power up at all and go straight into protect.
  8. Yeah i like the no gasket look myself
  9. and welcome to SSA, nice little review on the Xcons. I always wanted to try a pair Xcons myself, I agree with ricksi30 pics or vids.
  10. At the route your at there is no disappointment at all, win lose or draw SSA still got your back. Cant wait to see new amp placement, maybe after this power upgrade new doors
  11. Some nice progress lately, should be done in no time since you already have all the equipment. Maybe I missed it but are there gonna be new doors as well or is your front stage already up to par?
  12. Exactly it doesn't mean shit so why act like it does? That was my point, thanks Ricksi30. Op I cant wait to see how much of gain the T2000 subs would be if any, using the same enclosure or building a new one? Do you think you maxed out your testing and abuse on SA's yet? Nice build log so far, I always wanted to try Diamond Audio subs but never got around to it.
  13. Same build house does not mean same amps or components inside, fyi.
  14. I would try a new fuse holder, cant think of anything else off the top of my head really. But usually in audio when it happens once and you leave it alone, it will happen again. Im sure you checked all your connections, try replacing the wire and do some measuring with a dmm with car on.
  15. How much is so much, not even a drastic price increase really.
  16. x2, thats what happens when you put an 18" in the trunk
  17. Both should get the job done so either one.
  18. Aww you tease, pulls up pants and walks away from computer.

Yeah when you blow up the picture it shows what it really is, I thought it was a bow when I first seen the pictures posted as well. Sorry for the off-topicness.
  20. Nothing, a higher pre-out voltage wont make your system any louder than a lower pre-out voltage. Your pre-out voltage is what you want to use to set your gain settings on your amplifier, A higher pre-out voltage will allow you to keep our gain turned down and vice versa for a lower pre-out voltage headunit.
