$800-$1000 Budget on Subs/ Amp
You won't find a cheap 2kw amp worth buying. x2, I didnt mean you will get a 2kw cheap amp. I meant just get a 500 or 1000 watt amp at 1 ohm till you can afford to get a 2kw amp and the electrical to supply that power. But if you wanted a cheap amp that will put out some power Audiopipe has a 1800watt amp that can be had for $200 or less.

$800-$1000 Budget on Subs/ Amp
I personally would get the subs I want now and focus on an enclosure as well, then use the extra money to buy a cheap used amp to hold me over till I get the amp I want.

SSA's Evil SS Camaro. 4 Evil 15s and 2 DC 7.5ks
I say go for it, my Pro's sound good for the money and get loud as well. There are other brands out there as well just depends on how much you want to spend, another thing to look at is do you want midbass or not. You can get some speakers that will be louder than the Pro's but not drop down to 80 or 100hz.

Thoughts on Boston Acoustics???
How does this qualify as a good suggestion without any real reason? Besides being 100% subjective, listing what you disliked/liked about each product would of been a tad better. I doubt he tried to steer him away from Boston Acoustics, more of an hey go to your shops and see what you like or dislike. Plain and simple, even if he listed what he liked/disliked about each problem it still would be subjective to the OP. Everybody has different taste, when I was shopping for components I went to as many shops as I could to get a sample of different comps to see what I liked more. What I like the next person probably wont like, what I was suggested on the forums I didnt really care for when I gave them a listen.

amp for my front stage
Yeah I definitely hear you and understand where you are coming from, I was just throwing out a fairly priced alternative thats all. I wouldnt mind using there equipment but like you said I would at least like you to take some time to update your site, even if you dont care as an owner some of us consumers care about small things like that.

amp for my front stage
Is that the big gold one? Or the new style?I'm going to run a crescendo amp for my subs which is why I ask, matching would be nice. I've emailed them several times with no response. Wonder if they make a 4ch in the new style. I believe they are releasing the new 4ch soon hence why they are getting rid of the old ones at that price. Could be wrong but I think that I read it somewhere. Yes your correct, there selling the rest of the old gold ones and once there gone they will be releasing the new 4 channels. You can just sell it once the new ones's come in if matching amps is a must. For the price you cant beat it. If I recall, the IA is a Class D, while the Sundown is a class AB. So... What does that have to do with him buying an amp?

SSA ZCON 15 questions....
No its not, music is dynamic. Stop worrying about how much power your going to give the driver, the box will determine that more than you or anyone on this forum. 2 ohms on that amp will be fine.
-
Big Secret?
You will find out at the same time as the world will since Fi does not early release info or pictures on products that arent ready for release. It doesnt matter how many threads you make about it.

amp for my front stage
You could grab a Crescendo C10004, they are selling for $195 shipped I believe and its 125w x 4 @ 4ohms iirc.

Budget components? Low power and low cost.
I was considering those but they are rated at 85 rms. I feel since they are IA they are probably underrated and I'm concern I wont be able to get them loud enough with 70rms, or will I just be clipping them at higher volumes. RMS is not an important factor when going to buy comps, get what fits your budget and what you like. If you do get the IA components and they dont seem loud enough to you then sell your amp and buy an amp that puts out more power. But like others said, going from coaxials on head unit power to components on an amplifier will be a night and day difference.

SSA ZCON 15 questions....
If you have to ask about how power to give a sub then stick to rms power or lower, since your not competing the Zcon doesnt need 4000 watts. Its rated at 2250 rms for a reason.

JL Audio 2012 New Products
JL is not overpriced, just cost more than what your willing to pay for a sub or amp. Dont go in a JL topic talking about price, this is about new products being released and not about you crying over their prices. Thanks

neo pro audio mids help
What would you be comfortable spending, a budget does help even though you say you dont really have one. You could go purchase some $30 supertweeters or get some $700 Image Dynamic horns to go under the dash. Its all gonna come down to budget, what processing do you have, what work are you planning on doing to the doors, where will these tweeters be mounted etc. Help us out with some more info and we will be glad to get you rolling, let us know more about the front stage install itself.
