  1. Big 2 done so far: Battery Negative to Frame/Chassis Engine Block to Frame/Chassis I covered all unpainted areas with Plasti-Dip to keep from rusting. If I should use something else then let me know, since Plasti-Dip can be removed. I will wait to do the Power and Negative run to Alternator from battery once I upgrade alternators.
  2. Couldnt get pictures to upload from my phone for a while but they seem to be working now. Installed my speaker rings back when I got them, love the simplicity of them. I also installed my Speaker Tweakers I won a few years ago from Second Skin in a raffle. To apply them I had to cut in half due to the bar on my inner door skin, super glue worked great as advised from Second Skin. Doors themselves need to be treated one day but for now they got a little love to help improve the sound.
  3. Bored at work so I decided to install my Fast Rings around my SSA Evil 6.5" mids. The amount of midbass these speakers put out in an untreated door is unreal, I had too much panel vibration going in. These rings definitely helped.
  4. Dayton DSP-408, DD Audio DSI-2 or Mini-DSP. Just a few of the cheaper options of DSP's vs the Helix, JL, Hertz etc.
  5. By the way welcome to the forum. Check out what the SSA store here has to offer you as well, before choosing new subs. Earlier I was stating that your current enclosure may not be giving you optimal performance. A proper enclosure goes along way, just a thought before upgrading subwoofers.
  6. Before looking at new equipment, lets make sure your current enclosure is good enough. Is it custom or a pre-fab enclosure?
  7. Yes sir, I love my Evil mids. Nice review
  8. just what i was expecting, that you were going to add more power.
  9. I was just going to say that backside brings back memories
  10. Well that escalated quickly, looks badass man
  11. Some days I wish that I had a truck.
  12. Glad you came here man, nice choice on equipment as well. Cant wait to see your build log.
  13. I been slowly making progress, see if I can upload some pictures. Been having trouble since the forum upgrade loading pictures. The top speaker rings are for my 6.5" Evil mids being made by a friend. The bottom three pictures are my tweeter rings, had to be painted since the board I bought was white. They will be shipped to me soon and installed.
  14. You are giving me ideas now man, keep up the good work.
  15. I want a 6 channel, sign me up now. The main reason im in between amps right now. ch 1&2 = tweets or horns ch 3&6 = mids Will this amp have channel input mode selectors unlike the 4 channel amp?
  16. Just more stuff to install. The prs80 is right at your fingertips. Without comparing both units side by side I cant tell you which one has the better features or even if you will use them all. Really comes down to a personal preference really. Look up both units and see what you will be more comfortable with. Just my .02
  17. This is an active head unit, it will allow you to customize your crossover points without buying a digital sound processor (dsp) https://www.crutchfield.com/p_13080PRS/Pioneer-DEH-80PRS.html?awcp=1t1&awcr=109265223803&awdv=t&awkw=%2bpioneer+%2bprs80&awmt=b&awnw=g&awug=9027194&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIlaXG7c__3gIVApRpCh0rigRSEAAYASAAEgJWlvD_BwE
  18. Yeah my factory amp is an Infinity as well, supposedly puts out 50 watts from the research that I done.
