  1. If you are one of those individuals looking for balls out loud and clear midranges then I have some for sale so check out my for sale thread, they will blow those infinity kappas out the water (I had both so I know, not making a statement out my ass).
  2. Did you read through the entire thread, if so then it is answered for you. If not then please take the time to read through the entire thread thanks.
  3. It has nothing to do with power going to drivers, they receive the same amount of power whether passive or active. If you are going to take the time and effort to learn how to do it and tune it to your liking than yes it can give you more control and accuracy. Basically your just breaking down the speakers into 2 or 3 different one's (tweeer, midrange and/or midbass). You can control what speaker gets what frequencies and you use your own crossovers to control them (such as: headunit, amp or external processor/equalizer) instead of using provided crossovers that come with component speakers. Thats just a brief description.
  4. I personally dont understand why you want pictures of 4/0 AWG, what benefit will that do. Just imagine 1/0 AWG bigger, a lot bigger. Nobody is posting topics with pictures of wire so that is why you arent getting any hits.
  5. Another one added to the family
  6. My fault fellas, fixed*.
  7. This thread was complete nothing when it was started, interior speakers will have a hard time keeping up with bass period (especially the more power you have on the subs which causes more spl in the long run). You need to find speakers that fit your listening preference and if you want balls out loud then there are different routes to go about gettting that such as ID Horns.
  8. If your not getting the search you want then one day take some time like I have done on plenty occasions and just got through all the pages under the thread and see if any topics stand out to you and read them. This will take up a lot of time, but well worth the effort and knowlegde to find something that answers alot of your questions without you making a topic about it.
  9. Yeah run he Horns at 1,200hz at on the high pass filter and the midbass from 80-1,200 hz on the low pass filter. It depends if your gonna use some other eq device to contol the channels. If not then just get one pair of rca's and some y splitters and you will be fine.
  10. thanks i kinda seen it coming .when i read the manual after i got them and found out that the amps when bridged together wont do under 2 ohms. so i dont know if its worth buying new subs or new amps. i never bought cadence amps before.so i dont know if they are even worth the trouble. i had a kicker 750.1 on them but its the same thing it wont go under 2 ohms, same with my kicker 550.3. Do you think these cadence amps will push 3 alpine type rs? Yeah they will push them if you strap them and wire the subs like this:
  11. Personally I wouldnt use it unless you put a cd in or mp3 player on the headunit and it has horrible quality and if so then just do level 1 but you gotta remember to turn in off when done. Just my .02
  12. I have never messed with it so I cant comment. To me it looks like if your playing a burnt cd or mp3 player it will help with the sound quality but from the video I cant tell if it is a boost or not. Hopefully someone will chime in on this.
  13. Yeah the amps are good but not for your purpose, regardless of how you wire it you still wont the get the best out of the subs. I would wire them to one amp @ 1ohm for the safety of the amps and so you can sell them in the future.
  14. I would probably just run one amplifier to both subs for a one ohm load and try to sell the other amp, then get another one and sell the second amp for my change. But that one amp will be fine on those subs as long as you dont send a clipped signal since there is no such thing as underpowering.
  15. I have also been getting interested in revolvers lately also the last time I looked at guns.
  16. Yeah Im getting a Mossberg pump for the house but also want some thing that I can carry or conceal if need be.
  17. I try to eat a lot of veggies when I do instead of filling myself up with meat when I eat now. I have been treating my body better lately and can tell in my health among other things. I just gotta to work out more but I never been big on working out except for a lot of push-ups and cardio (running, walking or basketball) when the temperature is nice since I hate being in cold weather.
  18. Ok gotcha, so when it comes to caliber you should decide that on personal preference and which one you can have more control and accuracy when aiming for a target.
  19. Yeah I definitely will do that just wanted to know what advantages a caliber might have over the other thats all if any.
  20. What are the pros and cons of a 9mm, .40 caliber and .45 caliber (I know the size of the bullet is different)? Thanks plus I more of a compact gun size person, not too small or too big.
  21. Eat 12 cups of veggies a day Interesting. I'll have to bet some veggies. The thing is, the only veggies I really like are carrots, Cucumbers, and tomatoes(even though they're a fruit). Would upping my fruit intake help too. without working out? Just add protein. boiled chicken or shakes every 3 hours. You'll drop crap loads of fat ASAP. There isn't a drug made that is as effective that is also legal. I've tried them all, and ones that no longer are. I've been cutting down carbs so that's helped a bit. I am going to try to make time to work out. I come from a family who is big into lifting. My dad is a competitive powerlifter. He could teach me a thing or two in the gym. He's about my height, 5'8" but like a little under 300 lbs. 22" biceps, at his peak he was benching 635, that was before his surgery. Now he lifts a little lighter which is still a lot! Yeah fruit will help some but I dont know if it will have that great of an effect. I eat a banana and orange a day and sometimes throw a can of pineapples in there a couple days out the week. My immune and digestive system love the fruit intake.
  22. I been thinking about going that route lately, I want to get more serious about guns and gun control. I dont want to just have one but not know the ins and outs, so this next purchase will be followed with classes and such.
  23. Ok I got you, yeah your going the good route making sure you electrical is up to par before anything else.
  24. Preciate the info alot when i score me a amp and get all 4 of the subs in the truck i will let you know what it sound like Yeah keep me posted on this install and no problem at all.
