Do the big 3 , add that 2400 in back near the amp and you "should" be good with 1500-2000w. You will just have to watch it and if you see voltage drop, back it down until you can get another bat or HO alt. 18's need a huge box! That 5-10cf does not count port volume which will add a good 25% to your box volume, not counting sub and bracing displacement. The difference between my 15's and my 18's as far as size of enclosure is off the fucking chart.

Fosgate is nice. I ran RF for many many years and never had any trouble with them. On the forums you will get more Sundown replies then anything else, but There are lots of choices these days and some excellent budget amps out there too. What features will your amp need to have?

Hoping to get the rear up another 2". We shall see. haha. agreed. those step rails are ugly as shit and the trim needs to go or at the very least get painted. grill and chrome black. definitely flat black. shaving all the emblems and badges off the grill would look so much better than blacking them out.. this is all my opinion of course Opinions are welcome. We seem to be on the same page, so keep em coming! Yes, Flat black for sure. The grill is tripping me up. I am not sure how it would look if I painted the whole thing black. I know I want the actual grill black, maybe mesh too, but the piece that is chrome now around it and the headlights, I have tossed it around between black and white.

What did you end up tuning the port to? You could try it and see. Good thing about being a little bigger is you can add MDF to the inside to take up volume until you get it where you like it. I had mine in 3CF and they were very happy.

Got a good bit done man. I know you worked your ass off. It looks so easy in pics, people just do not know it takes DAYS to deaden and seal a door. The results are worth it tho.
