Hard to just jump into big power on a budget. If you skimp on things like electrical you will be sad in a hurry. To run 2000w you will need 2 100ah batteries and that can cost you more then the amp. You dont have to buy the most expensive stuff to get loud but you do have to cover all your bases or you will spend twice as much replacing blown equipment. Slow things down and enjoy the hobby.

Whats the RMS rating for the MTX? If it's as above 1500w or so, the Crescendo 3000D would be a great amp. That's the best bang for the buck out there right now. If I was in the market for new amps I would be all over 2 of them for myself.

If you have the room, get the 15's and try them sealed. If you still want more, then build a new ported box. They sound great sealed and get damn loud too. I loved mine sealed.
