I remember you saying you were going to measure and check if PE's speaker grills were going to fit your 8 and 10" drivers, did you ever get around to that. Assume they would work for these if they do for those. Pre-sale go on 'till right before you get them?

Welcome. Advise would be to not jump on a bandwagon just because a lot of people like a company. Do your own independent research on the products that interest you and make sure they fit your goals and budget. Try not to get stuck on a single item just because you heard it was "teh best ampz". A little research and being open to ideas will take you a long way and make you much happier in the end.

Sorry for such the late reply, haven't been on in a while. I sold these a while ago. Was pretty darn impressed with them, while never giving them the power they wanted. I wish I still had them actually.. As stated they're sold out. Very nice mids. Added a video of these playing on the first post.

Build a box that fit the RF specs and tune to a lower freq. and see how you like that before you spend much more money on new subs. Either way you're getting a new box, so there is no reason not to try this.

Love the WRX. Have you seen the new model coming out? BRZ looks pretty nice. I've read that the forge BPVs are kinda' unreliable. Any problems with yours?

I'm sure adding mass to the door will help with resonance, not sure what you're looking to get with adding mass as you didn't state your goal with such an act. How much is that box you plan to buy? You can probably save a stack of cash if you get a design and build your own box. This would remove the guess work if it will fit or not, and give you EXACTLY what you want. But if you have the money to get that, you don't have the time to do custom work (assuming you didn't want to do the work to your doors), and it's what you want then go for it. The SA series are made in China. You should be fine without the added options.

Did you paint, or powder coat?
