what? that's stupid. just like carrying a person with you wherever you go, that's not going to change much, if anything at all.
  2. skipped them because the looked like they were recorded with a phone from 1990 lol. But once you get to flicker they're much better. Little, but clear. Tearing the car apart, looks loud!
  3. Firstly, do you have the electrical system to support this? Yes, I'm going for a quad-alt setup. This will be in a Tahoe that I'm in the process of buying. Plus four D3100s and an S3400 in the front. Electrical will be no problemo... Awesome should be sick. Maybe check out Crescendo. They are shipping their first shipment of the new amps. There is a thread on them somewhere on here, shouldn't be hard to find. Worth checkin' out.
  4. double check your sub's wiring. Check the VC make sure they're the reading right. Did you switch the sub wiring at all? Can't really tell but make sure BB is all the way down, it could be, or it could be a little over half... stupid knob.
  5. X3 on the editing, great video.
  6. Yeah, just use a couple layers if you want. If you're worried about the insulation shorting out put some split loom around the wire or put the wire in a different spot. Use zip ties to make sure there is minimum movement.
  7. Have you seen his videos? there is no way anyone would call that not loud. Ridiculous flex. Check out his build log
  8. These cars are really growing on me. I'm jealous of your car collection Keep up the progress!
  9. welcome
  10. And I don't fuse alt positive to battery wire. Some do, some don't.
  11. Just get little rubber rings to put between the plate and the amp when mounting it. Should help with the vibrations. Clean car
  12. I have no problem voicing my opinion whether it is liked or not. I own a SSA product. Unless I see some product design testing (by SSA) and specs it will be the last. MY OPINION -1 if you like. Not going to -1 you, this isn't high school lol. I'm sure the T/S specs will be available once the product is 100% done and listed on the website for sale. This. It's been stated before by Mark and/or Aaron.
  13. Keep the progress rollin'. Notice any difference with the trunk sprayed with road noise or anything?
  14. :morepower1: I think i need to make a road trip to AZ for a show weekend, hear all these awesome cars.
  15. Yeah the were to put them is on my mind. What I'm planning will require 14 fuse holders, so figuire that kind of space. I wire up my amps, and before I mount the fuse I use a test light across the fuse connections so it keeps from sparking when you put in the fuse. I think you need to go more custom with that amount of fuses. Get a chunk of copper or 2 and just make your own, should be better on space and possibly cost less. Just some bolts and wood even, can't be too hard to make what you plan on buying, right?
  16. If you're looking at them for the little price difference remember to add a dollar or two because of this ^^. But if size is a concern they seems like a good bet. Shogen, these are about average size, as far as im concerned. My knu fuse holder is about the same size, but over double the price
  17. i've got a 15" bl, very happy with it. sounds like you've got the right plan going for ya'
  18. Thoughts on the CD?
