hey guys I thought I would make up a little update So far I have 8 brands of wiring whihc I am ready to make a 3-5ft purchase of. and I am currently waiting to hear about about 8 more brands. I am waiting to see if the seller will sell me 3-5ft rather then 50' spool lol! at any rate hand in there guys and I wanted to say a big THANKYOU to Sir-Lancelot for his generous donation of welding supply wiring!

o now i can see the photo you posted! on my stupid, smart phone (lol) I couldn't see what any of that said lol! ya i never seen one of those. so it would look like they looked at the amp, made a comment about it and send it up to the office for approval! you know with all the money they make off of shipping insurance i wonder how many ppl make claims and how many of them get there money back! to be honest I would call UPS and tell them what is up with this amp then ask why it was shipped back to Kevin and who gets the money and when. like when will they approve or disprove the claim. and if you did this already what happened. plus aren't they open 24/7 via phone?

well if Kevin has it does that mean ups already said no it isn't there issue? like did they even look at it? also did you get in touch with Kevin about this also how would you know if UPS will give you the shipping insurance? do you Have a claim number or anything or is this all going though Kevin

smaller box = more power to get loud! bigger box = less power to get loud! at least that is what i generally hear from people!

Do you have access to a TL-dB meter? (term labs) if so do a sweep with your sealed box and see where your car peaks at! that number will be your cars resonating frequency! rule of thumb is if your Rf=40 you should shoot for tuning at 37hz~ but for a daily driver normally ppl just do a default and tune at 35Hz regardless what there car is loudest at.

more things that the start has to turn to make the car turn over? more items on the same serpentine belt = more friction I thought... I could be wrong but that is why I also said you would have to ask a mechanic to be honest I don't think it could be an issue but I thought I might put that in there as he wants to run 4 alts normally ppl just run 1-2 alts.

I don't see an issue as the alts are independent and all move at the same time. the issue I see maybe be you are putting more stress on your starter it should be okay but you could always ask a mechanic

so you have a sealed box since you want spl why don't you find your cars resonate frequency then tune your box off your findings

Hey guys I want to make a thread and in this thread I want compare different brands of 1/0 wiring. I want to show off each wires flexibility vs other brands and also strands and what not. What I plan to do is to buy say 5ft of 1/0 from different supplies and then do a comparison. so far i want to buy the 2 brands by KNU the koluss and CCA also 1/0 from www. welding-supplies.com and some 1/0 from kicker. What I need to know is if there are other brands that ppl like to use like street wiring or ... let me know and we will go from there! thanks and I hope everyone enjoy the thread I make. Kenneth
