I would say the Boston amp is better quality than the ap amp.

A lot of people have had the same problem with the chrome stickers there previous threads on here about it.

Actually most house wire is anywhere from 12-14 gauge depending on application.

Audiopipe has a 1200 that is alright on a budget does rated can find on eBay for cheap. I like my sax-1200 very nice amps I think there around $360.

Definitely don't run that amp at 1 ohm.I've had one of those in the past and definitely not a good amp on 1 ohm. That amp is really only supposed to be at 4 ohms bridged PG is not what it used to be

I agree with big Jon no need to run at. 5 ohm unless doing comps. Why void warranty on amp if not needed and the extra strain on electrical .

Mine is for two ssa 12" dcons on sax-1200 wired at 2ohms should sound great. Going to be ordering subs next week. Box is 4.2 cubes after subs and port displacement and at 32 Hz tuning.

Man just got a design from Ryan at ram designs. All I have to say is design looks awesome. Ryan was a great Guy to deal with fast responses was miss communication on first design and he got me another design within a few hours. Great Guy and good customer service would happily do business with again. John T

Tune on box has nothing to do with amp unless it doesn't have an adjustable ssf and there's no such thing as under powering a sub.
