J-Roadtatts Honda Accord Build
He is just getting started as well. Exactly why I always tell people who are active hungry to expect their system to sound worse than a passive would for at least a few weeks. Obviously some people are quicker at learning how to listen than others, but it takes time. J-Road has done a hell of a job so far though and I know in the end this system will be more than sick.

If you muddled, you'd do it before the liquid and ice. Muddle, ice, liquor, mixer ALWAYS in that order. Muddling a gita can allow you to use raw sugar instead of simple syrup and sweeten the lime in the glass, but considering ss is so easy to make I don't see the point.

You'd only muddle if you put the lime with skin and such in there. No need in a gita IMO. Use fresh squeezed, much better Grand Marnier or Cointreau are much better than Triple sec, and either way it should be half what the tequila amount is at most. The lime juice will depend on the limes and so will the sweet syrup which is necessary with under-ripe (read all) limes.

Extreme Overkill Sound Deadening Without Compromise
SQ car? He is putting in two sets up front and rears, if he wants to compete it won't do all that well. I like your title. Extreme Overkill it is as you have exceeded the law of diminishing returns. I do appreciate the effort you have put in and am also sure once you add the acoustic barrier that you will have a really quiet ride. I'd rethink your driver choices, but that is a personal decision and you should use your ears anyway.

Welcome to the IHoP
Two major problems there. 1) Blended and margarita shouldn't exist. Rocks ftw. Only exception is when you use frozen strawberries for the ice and it is over 95 degrees. 2) 12%??? WAY too weak. There should be as much tequila as all other liquids and obviously tequila isn't the only booze in them. Fresh squeezed lime juice and real simple syrup are the keys though. That and a tequila that tastes right in a mixed drink. I use a lot of Sauza as I find going more expensive doesn't always yield that much better results. Don't get me wrong, there is a time and a place for a top shelf Margarita, but then they need to be even stronger.

What component speakers?
In general you should NEVER mount your drivers to a door card. If they go in the door, they need to be mounted to the door not the covering of the door. It is also a terrible idea to run that many comp sets, I am sure it sounds like hell. His goals were eye candy for shows and not at all about audio. In your list you included a LOT of speakers that do not have passive crossovers. Was your intent to run active or have you not even thought about that side of things yet?

DC Audio any good for SQ?
No, yes, maybe. Perhaps a more subjective question would help.

You could try isopure. They are another really really highly broken down whey product. Almost amy whey product would work but the stuff that's broken down the most usually is easiest on people with milk issues. is the W making you leave the room? No. I never said I didn't have gas before

WHO WOULD WIN? SSA XCON 18" VS FI BTL 18" VS digital designs D
Which had you read the noob posting guidelines you'd know this is what you needed to post first to make the thread useful. Sound bad, didn't like, or other non-specific subjective responses will NOT help us help you. Tell us what you don't like and it will be easy to find a solution.

Can I please have?
Actually it was a combination in this case. The OP refused to ever type anything that was more than a phrase that couldn't be answered and instead used absurd amounts of ellipses. Add that to the fact that he blatantly ignored the noob guidelines and made threads that weren't helpful to anyone the warning was more than deserved. Nothing personal and in fact I'd say he's obviously grown up since that time as his posts now are much better, just wanted to clarify Aaron's statement.

WHO WOULD WIN? SSA XCON 18" VS FI BTL 18" VS digital designs D
This thread couldn't be any dumber. SQ and SPL are polar opposites. Simply put here: Buy the DD if you want a fartbox that gets loud Buy the BTL if you really want loud for your own ears Buy the Xcon if you want a great sounding sub that gets loud while still sounding stellar One other rant, don't compare hardware compare your INSTALL. This is where the real difference is made. Splitting hairs on equipment will get you nowhere.
