im lookin to buy either on of these amps for a 15 or 18 inch Fi BL, and was wondering which of these amps is easier on the charging system with only big3 upgrade?? i have a 105amp stock alt with stock battery, but i will have 1 yellow top and 1 or 2 red tops soon

I doubt there will be much difference between the two. Both are big strong amps, and big strong amps needs current to produce power. But if you do the Big3 and battery upgrade you will be fine. I am biased towards the Sundown, but the Kicker is a fine choice also.

My guess is that they are both more efficient than my JL 1000/1 which I am running with a 450/4 and only the big three for electrical upgrades. I also have a 105amp alt.

Not sure about draw but the kicker is stable at 2 ohms and the sundown is stable at 1 ohms(and then some) so I guess it would depend on the ohm load applied to each amp. I would think they would be pretty close to each other.
