Im doing some research into Sundown Audio and would like some Honest & Unbias opinions on their producs, service, warrantys etc .... Any and all opinions are welcome good or bad I would like to hear them

I will be using their amplifiers in my next setup. The 100.4 250.2 (when it comes out) and a 1500D and possibly there subwoofers too. There products are top notch.

Sundownz will not hide any information from you just to make a sale and has been offering awesome improvements on his lines (much improved heatsinks) for no increase in price IIRC

They are the only company that I have seen that has ever offered warranty down to .5ohms on there big amps(they had to drop the coverage because of problems with warranty claims because of bad installs) but the fact that they would ever offer it it pretty awesome to me.

To sum it up Sundown is a great company

heyy welcome to the forum!! Sundown products are great...i bought a 1500d and its the best amp ive ever owned also the CS is great fast email response, and forum thread responsesi wouldnt hessitate from buying another sundown product (which i think ill be buying a second 1500d)

When I first saw a 1500d, I said man that is a generic looking amp. At the time I was a JL fan for street beat. Well, I started listening to it and was like....DAMN!!! Been hooked ever since. The customer service is second to none. Jake treats every customer great. How big how small, it is always great customer service. The bad thing about sundown audio is that....I....CANT....KEEP....A....DARN....AMP....IN....MY....CAR!!!! Every where I go, people want to buy my amps right then and there!!! And that is no exaggeration and no lie!!!

My dealings with Jacob were very good. The man is honest, and he's got a great product. He answered my questions in a timely manner, and laid the facts out straight. Shipping was fast, economical, and the 1500D came well packed. My refurb came with a 90 day warranty, but in my opinion, as long as you do things right, you shouldn't need it. Sundown all the way!

i agree with all of the people above.. i bought a saz 3000d from jacob. that man will take time from his day to tell you anything you wanna know about his product... and i dont think there is a better amp.... but if there was... and it would better suit your needs.. im MORE THEN sure he would tell you. hes not a man that is after every penny in the audio market.. hes a man that stands behind his product and is more then willing to go above and beond for his customers... i love sundown...

after using the off the shelf / common crapp

then switching to Sundown Audio amps, there is no compairison

A very good choice. When I get a chance, sundowns will be going into my daily driver for SQ.

i've never been happier w/ an amp than i am w/ my saz 1500d!!!!!!!!!!!

But I have to tell you this....There is a company in canada, no names, that use to crap all over Jacobs amps. But everytime....everytime.....he gets on any forum, this forum, caraudio forum, even termpro, everyone gangs up on him and tell him to stfu!!! Because ever one knew he was lying. Just go to show you, cant go wrong with Sundown.

As long as I stay into car audio Sundown will be a part of me. I loved my 1500's from the first time I powered them up. Then I upgraded to the 3000's and I loved them just as much. Just find someone local with sundown in the vehicle and make your own decision. You will be surprised.

I've long been a US Amps guy (for 11 years). I ditched my US Amps for some Sundown Audio and have never looked back. Sundown performs as well an any other top company like Zapco for example.

Only difference is you'll pay a lot less for a high quality sundown amp.
