i tested them in my vehicle while at the store, (no RCAs and speakers connected, used my relay) and they 'restarted' like normal.. (which further hints that there was a problem with the 3000D..)

anyway, i can't wait to get these connected.. and i just can't stop staring at them.. :neil:

Great, glad they are working out for you!

Your 3000s are still keeping me up at night... I'm very interested to test them.

i still can't believe you tested these at 0.175ohms each.. and with good batteires you got over 5400 watts from them! not that i'll ever do that but wow!!

I really don't suggest 0.175 to anyone for any reason :)

I had a few SPL competitors do it, but I don't endorse that!

^twins rule!

i'll run them at 0.5ohms each (i.e. 1ohm when strapped) for burping, and maybe a song or two.. (will keep a close eye on the voltage, heat will not be an issue as i keep all my amps fan cooled)

everyday use will be a different speaker set at 2.66ohms.. ;)
