When did you buy it and there is no contact number I believe.

Don't worry also, it takes 3-5 business days to build your sub once payment is cleared so. If you ordered your sub last night, your payment still needs to be cleared before they can start the building process. They will email you a tracking number when the building process begins.

if you didnt have money uploaded into your account it can take up to 5 days just for the money to be moved around.

the best way to get intouch with FI is to email them, or post here as you have done.

it went through paypal but i just used a credit card solely. i didnt have an account with paypal
