What pisses me off more than hurting myself in the gym?

Hurting myself outside of the gym doing absolutely nothing.

I think I may have blown the lower part of my left lat. Off to the store to get some sort of muscle pain reliever.

I just listened to a lady tell another lady that cornbeef comes from cows that are fed a special diet by the farmers with the intent of said cows becoming corned beef. My laughter was met with an evil glare

When I asked where she had heard that, she told me her husband used to live on a farm. I asked about the use of brine for the corning , she said yeah that was part of the bath they gave the cows

I asked if the water was warm and she walked back inside

Her husband was also electrocuted by a car battery this weekend, I asked when the funeral was. She laughed and said he's fine, it just stunned him a little.

Did they change the definition of electrocution recently ? I always thought electrocution ended in death.

I know the feeling. For about a week now I have had lower back soreness, almost like the last 3 vertibre are fused.
