I haven't been following the Zuki stuff. The poster himself has never interested me, so neither do his products.

I put a lot of weight in how intelligent, mature, and normal a company's owner is...especially for all these smaller online joints.

Took down a cabinet in my kitchen, turned a closet into a pantry. Been a productive "morning" so far. Just some temp shelves, I will eventually make a nice built in cabinet but I had some 5/8" ply leftover so I thought it would be better to have some temp shelves to figure out what spacing in the future will make the most sense.

FUCKING BASTARD. He brags about helping me with shipping and now tries to rip me of and make me pay an extra 20lbs out of nothing. Good thing I saved all the tracking info from the us and I have all the weights available.

You would think that someone that doesn't have trouble with money (correction, has loads of it) doesn't do such filthy things.

I'm very dissapointed

The 5/8" stuff was for some shelving that doesn't need to hold nearly any weight. I probably should have saved a few bucks and used chip board, but just can't handle the crap surface compared to the ply.

Plus I had to use it. Having 4 2'x8' pieces laying in the garage worked out to four 45"x20.5" shelves

Yeah, c'mon, I tripled 3/4" on my 6.5" enclosures, time to step those shelves up...

So, I got to pay an extra $30 to the guy that handled all the shipping. Oh well, it's the last time I'm using his services.
