Got a friend to buy my BBIB's for a theater w/ projector. Running them off of a Yamaha RX-V2500 receiver, Fostex FE127's for surrounds, and not sure on center channel yet but looking like just mimic the Eminence 12LTA and Fostex FT17 tweet setup for the center.

Its gonna be overkill to the extreme, no sub stage planned yet, but just going to use the BIB's till he has the budget for a IXL 18.4, sonotube and a rack amp.

Assless chaps.

(yes, I know by definition chaps are assless anyway, I just wanted to say it.)

Please call ahead of time. Don't think I want any part of that kool aid :)

still looking for a bonneville though. found a very nice one for $3500 (new bonnie) but didn't have enough cash and someone beat me to it

Seems to be the going price around here for them too.

If I were you Jim, I would get no bigger than 500 to start off. It will get great mileage, and be faster than you could ever want. Lighter = easier for you to handle. Remember there are times you need to move it around with the motor off. I'm not coming down to blacksburg to get a bike off of you :P:)

lol tis a virago. The only real problem i have with a cruiser is that they are all way too fucking big for my scrawny ass.

The Virago's are teeny, I sat on one and it was ROFL.

'Twas what I was thinking as well. I bet I won't appreciate the extra hundred pounds the 750 adds if I'm stuck underneath it :P Won't take much to move my 150lbs around, not looking to go fast anyway but just fast enough not to get killed on 460 or 220 :)

Although I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable on a 175cc scrambler going down the highway, either :)

Apparently passed 17k posts, woot.
