Run a 12v constant to the HU, the factory one in the harness is f'ed up

Run a serial cable from front console to trunk

Mount two amps and a DCX unit in trunk

Lay some more deadening

Run a diffrent ground for the HU while you are at it. I don't trust the power connections on the factory harness :)
