indeed, although a single small can of the sugar free version a day would probably be tolerable

tolerable, I don't know. Probably the single most ridiculous fad I have ever heard of. Stupid lazy American's instead of being healthy want to supplement to wake up, perhaps adjust your diet to something good for your body and you won't need such nonsense. There is nothing good about those drinks, they taste like crap and the ingredients are terrible for you.

i felt like i was having a heart attack every time i've tried an energy drink. they constrict your blood flow and make your circulatory system work overtime while dehydrating you. however, i do love a hot cup of aged sumatran coffee in the morning to get me going. otherwise vitamin b, aminos and quality sugars like fresh fruit/juice is all you really need to keep that pep in your step if you exercise regularly. :ghost:
