soooo i had an interesting experience today. went to check on the backorder status of my ruger 345, ended up playing with some similar models. i was looking over a ruger kp944ht, and i had the decocker/safety set to safe, and when i pulled the slide back a little to "peek" the chamber it cocked the hammer but the slide didn't come all the way back forward when i let go! this left the hammer cocked which is bad because it is supposed to decock the gun when the slide is pulled with safe is on, so i went to flip the decocker again to uncock the weapon and it dropped the hammer! of course the gun was unloaded but that's not a good design feature. i brought this to the attention of my ffl and he was mortified. the trigger would also catch when the slide wasn't all the way forward with the safety on, allowing the gun to fire. so i don't think i'm getting a ruger anymore....

///M5. what would be a good battery like the Deka Intimidator Battery - 9A31 for about the same price. Do you think i would be able to get away with using a Deka Intimidator Battery - 9A34 for about 3 or 4 months with the gain low

Hawker makes nice batteries.

Also, there are some nice batteries for sale from a user RyaM or something like that.

 Duh. If you can't order a 9a31 go to the store and buy one. Use the store finder, find nearest stores, call them and ask if they have an NG31, how much, etc, etc

I'm betting it is a firing pin block setup, so when it drops the hammer there is a block over the firing pin so it strikes the block instead. Its the way my Firestorm .380 is set up.

And when you racked the slide, are you sure the slide went back fully closed? On that stye of setup it won't decock until the slide is fully closed, now if this occurs and you flip the safety off, it will close the slide completely, and if you go to reengage the decocker, it will decock. The slide only has to be a little bit back, (1/8" would do it) for it not to decock when racking the slide with the safety on. Something easy to do on a new non broken in gun and being easy on it.

ya another good night out while home

The first bowl of Raisin Bran from the box sucks because all of the raisins shift downward so all I got was flakes and about 3 raisins.

Woke up with another cramp in my right calf last night, but at least it wasn't as bad as the one a week ago.

According to a poll, 37% of adults eat baby food in a week.

Again the answer is the same. Turn your damn gains down. Really FUCKING simple :(

I got a V belt from fleet farm

Didn't even think to go there!

I have 2 new problems though... The AC unit itself wont put out cold air. It tripped the breaker, and I tried it again. I didn't get to really look at the unit outside untill well after dark... FUKKITALL! The fan on the unit isn't spinning. It's wound up hotter than hell fire though. I have no idea how a fan like that just goes bad... GHEY.

So now I have to fix that.

Also, Last night I found my yard sprayer must have had liquid in it's line. I started spraying my lawn and it just sprayed all through the handle. weed killer all over. I tried to work with it, but the smell and probably it soaking into my skin was making me sick. I did get all the rust off my brush guards though, sprayed about 5 coats of a matte finish. I'm going to finish enameling tonight. I also changed my oil, but the dumb kid at NAPA forgot a quart when I was checking out. I was furious. I did try some new oil called Fischer 7000 synthetic, or something like that, just to see if it helped it run more smoothly, but now I'm just going to change it again next week with royal purple.

Wake up the morning... Truck is having timing issues AGAIN! They seam to go bad after a night of the truck sitting outside in a verry light sprinkling rain. If it's a downpour, I'm all good. The speedometer and gauge issue happened in the rain too.
