My new neighbor (he is a chef at a local golf course) was smoking with hickory all day yesterday.... Was torture, as I was working outside. :peepwall:

FUCK, one of my HDD's crashed. I had tons of documents, all my school work and all my music on it.

Hopefully freezing it will get it alive. At least for 10 minutes so I can copy what's important. If not, I'll have to fork out $$ to get the data recovered :(

This sux... Hopefully you can recover.

My Jerome Baker Designs bong got broken this week. The bong would of been 10 years old in October, I feel as if I lost an offspring.

Jordan, the only reason to ever buy a ram is for their diesel!

and I'd go for a 96-98.5 at that.

x2.

The older, mechanical Cummins are extremely reliable engines. The newer ones, after 99 are still very good. Better than the Ford or Chevy offerings.

Hey guys, I need some quick solder advice.

I need to buy something in town today to solxder stuff. Would whatever radioshack has be okay? should I buy there better stuff or is the mid level stuff okay?

Thanks

Radio shack is fine, silver solder and some flux and you are ready to go.

Aren't those the years when they had the most powerful 5.9 12 valve ? 215HP and lots and lots of torque.

not sure about displacement but yes still the 12v and mechanical

Not a fan of the pipes, but I like it.

pipes made the truck :P all real diesel's run them

Very nice, but I agree with topgun, no pipes... unless you have air brakes.

pipes are on it for blacking out the 3 lanes of traffic at will :P and they sound great

but everyone has there own opinion

I double checked the wiki page and 96-98 is the year the 12v was the most powerful. 99 saw the introduction of the 24v (still 5.9) and electronic fuel management.

Very clean truck !

I'd love to own one of those. Or a 4bt in the Jeep...

only thing that made them more powerful was the veins in the pumps were a little bigger rest of the motor stayed the same
