What about modifying the exhaust pipe, so it goes in two directions, one into a muffler so it's all nice and quiet and another that just makes you smile when you press the gas pedal ...

You get to choose which one by flipping a switch or if it's not motorized, with pulling something.

It can be done, right? Money and time consuming, but doable.
