When ppl come in my shop to discuss gauged ear sizes they say zero gauge or double zero. On a scale system it only makes sence. 10ga, 8ga, 6ga, 4ga, 2ga, 0ga.

I have no need to get technical with them.

Gym time.

Speaking of, anyone have opinions on Kahr pistols?

Good, expensive.

Although I have no experience with the cm line, they are quite reasonable. I do however have some experience with the K and P/PM lines and they are flat out fantastic imo. They are quite accurate, function flawlessly and are the smallest 9mm/.40/.45 autos on the market. They are suited extraordinarily well for deep cover concealment. If you're looking for a very easily concealed full power auto and size is a major concern, imo there is no better choice. No longer do we have to sacrifice power for better concealment.

Pro-Football is so overplayed. College is about the only thing even worth watching anymore.

Today was a comfortable 2 sets of 245 followed by 2 sets of 265, after already blasting the biceps on a Monday, usually I have the best work outs Tuesday or Wednesday. Meaning not having to strain for full power and no shakes or soreness afterwards. Would be sweet, just to see if 34 year old Aaron could catch up to 24 year old Aaron and settle in at 315 working sets, and not just for a few short blast reps once a month. But, that would take some serious focus and a work out routine adjustment. I am not trying to go for killer power again, and my frame only comfortably supports only so much mass. Not saying size and strength are mutually related, but when I was in the 300lbs a full set range, I was walking around in the 225lbs range and that was just a bit much. Snapped both knees when I was over 220lbs.

How many reps are you getting from that 265.

I'm looking to get down to 255# and benching 300 for6 or more.
