I went to work last night and was asked to look into an ongoing process issues that quiet honestly was pushing the scrap well above what I consider acceptalable. 3 hours later issue was resolved and the machine was making 0 scrap. Go figure when you can easily work through and make changes to correct ongoing issues it seems others in manager postions think you are making them look bad and trying to prove a point. Only thing reporded in the work order and production report was issue at hand and corrective actions taken. Sad part is my name was left out on purpose to avoid ego driven shit like this.

Who know maybe I do not fit in there anymore. I keep my ego at home on the shelf.
