It's almost impossible for me to reliably get Sun on my knees with any kind of intensity. In a tanning bed I can control exactly the intensity and duration. And I can hike the shorts up in the booth to a level that I wouldn't want to in public.

Now at 30 everything changes. It's nice being strong and sturdy. But I would rather just be flexable and healthy. I have to lift weights to make my back and shoulders and knees strong. If I don't, when I'm 60 I will be immobile.

I could eat what I want, when I want and not think so much about food. I wouldn't care about tanning, just keep my skin healthy.

Since I have to focus on some of these things though.... I just make the most of it.

A few bucks and 10 min in a clean place is ok for me for now..

A side effect is I look WAY thinner just being a little darker. It's pretty silly.
